Honesty by design
How long will treatment take?
Most acute problems settle in 2–4 sessions; more complex or long-standing problems often need 4–8 or more. We'll give you an honest estimate at your first visit and review it as we go — no wasted sessions, no pressure to keep coming back.
Insurance
Paying through insurance
- An excess may apply — check your policy for the amount you're responsible for.
- Most insurers ask for a pre-authorisation reference before your first session.
- GP-referral rules vary by insurer; some require a referral letter, others accept self-referral.
- Insurers typically approve a set number of sessions at a time — we'll let you know if we think you'll need more.
24 hours' notice
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Insurers do not pay for missed sessions
Insurers do not pay for missed appointments. If you're claiming through insurance and miss a session without enough notice, the cost is yours to cover, not your insurer's.
