How much does a website cost?

Every package is £29 a month on a 5-year term, or £49 a month on a 1-year term, with hosting and backups included. Essentials is £999 to build and you make your own content changes. Standard is £1,499 to build, with a larger site, and Flutterly makes your content changes (up to 2 hours a month), applies updates and runs regular checks. Both include same-week support. Partnership is scoped after a short call, with a written quote within two working days.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes. You choose the term when you sign: one year at £49 a month, or five years at £29 a month. The build fee is the same either way, and Partnership is quoted on either term.

How long does a build take?

The timeline is agreed at the first call and written into the quote. In practice the pace is set by how quickly content and photography come together, so that is where the plan starts.

Do we own the website?

Yes. The code, the content and the domain are yours. If you move on at the end of your term, everything is handed over cleanly.

Can you move our existing content across?

Yes. Migration from an existing site, including rewriting pages into plain English where useful, is part of every build.

Will the website be accessible?

Every build targets WCAG 2.2 AA, is tested with keyboards and screen readers, and ships with an accessibility statement: the standard expected of NHS and public-sector websites.

Where is the website hosted?

On Vercel, which is ISO 27001 certified and holds a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, with SSL, daily backups, monitoring and a 99.9% uptime target. Every package includes hosting in the monthly fee. There is no plugin stack to patch, which removes the most common source of small-site security incidents. Flutterly is registered with the ICO.

Do you provide online forms and NHS health content?

For GP practices, yes, through the tools the NHS already approves. Flutterly links your online consultation and forms tool, such as eConsult, Accurx or Patchs, which sends requests into your clinical system, alongside the NHS App and NHS.uk health information. Patient data goes through those tools, never through Flutterly.
