Every price on this page is what you pay — nothing is quoted only in the surgery. NHS charges are set nationally; private prices are ours, shown as ranges because the work varies from patient to patient.
NHS charges
Correct as of 1 April 2026. These charges apply to NHS dental treatment in England only. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland each set their own NHS dental charges.

One charge per course of treatment
You pay once for a complete course of treatment, however many visits it takes to finish. Two fillings agreed at the same appointment are one Band 2 charge, not two.
Free repeat within 2 months
If treatment we provide fails within 2 months, we put it right at no extra charge, as long as you come back to us to have it fixed.

- Urgent advice given over the phone that does not need a visit
You do not pay NHS dental charges if you are under 18, under 19 and in full-time education, pregnant or had a baby in the last 12 months, or receiving certain benefits such as Universal Credit with qualifying earnings or Pension Credit Guarantee Credit. Bring your evidence with you, or we may ask you to pay and claim a refund.
Private fees
Private prices are shown as ranges because treatment varies from patient to patient. We agree the exact price with you in writing before any private treatment starts.

| Private crown | £550 – £850 | Material choice — porcelain, zirconia or gold — changes the price; we agree this with you first. |
We guarantee private fillings, crowns and bridges for 2 years, and implants for 5 years, against failure through no fault of your own. Ask your dentist to confirm the guarantee for your treatment in writing before it starts.
If you would rather pay a fixed amount each month, ask about our private membership plan. It covers two check-ups and a scale and polish a year, plus a discount on any further treatment, for a set monthly fee.
